Congratulations! We managed to write the stolen book – the journal of Sally Challenger’s 2004 expedition to Arthur Conan Doyle’s lost world – collaboratively.

Guest writer Jasper Fforde started the story by creating the characters and situation in his fictional newspaper articles, but it was you, the visitors to this website, who wrote the book.

Every Friday between 6th February and 17th July 2009, another 100-word instalment was selected and posted. Our microstory writers are:
