Hello to P4/5 Pentland Primary!
We’ve had lots of suggestions this morning from Pentland Primary. There are two main themes. Firstly, Watson is “a spydog undercover for his master” (thanks Calum) or “a criminal master mind who is undercover” (ta everyone) or is even luring Aileen away to be kidnapped (cheers Connor). So, what do you think? Is Watson a bad guy? Is he a criminal mastermind or spydog? Or can Aileen trust him? Vote now in the sidebar poll on the right.
Secondly, the driver of the bus Aileen’s on might be a criminal – Aileen might now be in the hands of the bad guys (thanks everyone). Stephanie suggests it’s a kidnapping. Lewis is thinking arson. Calum thinks the bus driver might be a murderer! What do you think? Is the bus driver a book thief and kidnapper? Or, a mild-mannered innocent? i think it was the dog because it wasen’t a human bone and i think it was the dogs bone.
Then its a pretty big bone for a dog as small as Watson. Besides, why would Watson want to hurt Aileen? It might still be a dog that is the culprit, but then a different one from Watson.
Secondly, I dont think the busdriver is involved. Aileen might be a suspect at the moment but still has no leads and is in no way a danger to the real thief… yet…
Tom, it looks as if you’ve got the majority on your side about Watson – right now 73% think he’s a loyal friend. Although, Emily has a point about dogs liking bones. We’ll see what the result is when the poll closes at the end of today!

The thieves would have taken off after committing the crime, so Aileen would have to travel from city to city to track them. The bus driver would be helping her, wouldn’t he?
