Score and parts done (I hope…) Thursday, 15 January 2009

After a few days of hard work I have finally sent off the scores and parts to the SCO to look at. I will probably  be conducting the music myself, so I need to have all the music on paper to read, and each player needs to have his or her own music to read from in the session (parts). This can be a complicated process of checking that everything is right, so I hope it’s all there! I also need to make “click track” sound files. These are like metronomes ticking away at the right speed for each cue, which we will record to on the day – but I have some more time to do that.
